Job Description
- The Senior Salesforce Project Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Salesforce.com implementation projects with a wide variety of clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce platform implementation experience, integration capabilities, and provide visible leadership for enterprise-level projects.
Responsibilities Include
- Manage complex Salesforce implementation projects across the full lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal project teams and clients to ensure project health and delivery excellence.
- Actively manage stakeholders' expectations, resource alignment, and conflicting priorities across projects.
- Ensure adherence to Plative's delivery structure and project management methodology during implementation.
- Communicate project status, risk management, and issue escalation.
- Coordinate project teams to incorporate client business requirements into design specifications and integrations.
- Prepare and lead discovery meetings and workshops with clients to define business objectives.
- Act as a client advocate to resolve escalations and ensure long-term client relationships.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
- 2+ years of hands-on technical experience implementing Salesforce.
- Experience running large-scale, enterprise-level projects ($1M+).
- Experience working with C-level executives.
- Strong English fluency.
- Strong relationship management skills, especially with senior management.
- Proven experience using enterprise Project Management tools like Daptiv, Microsoft Project, or Smart Sheets.
- Experience using agile work management tools like Jira.
Desired Qualifications
- In-depth technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
- Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework for software development.
- Excellent English level (C1 or above).
