It is aimed at Novacomp Costa Rica employees and allows them to recognize and promote best practices in human talent management, contributing to closing gender gaps and fostering equal opportunities for both women and men within the organization.

It is aimed at Novacomp Costa Rica employees which allows them to identify, analyze, and recognize organizational practices that encourage positive cultural changes for gender equality and the reduction of machismo in the work environment, promoting an inclusive and equitable environment for both women and men.

Research and document the best national and international practices in gender equality and non-machismo culture at work, as well as review relevant regulations and guidelines in the labor field.

Surveys and Interviews

Conduct surveys with employees of the organization to understand the current state of the organizational culture regarding gender equality and attitudes toward machismo.

Analysis of Existing Practices

Identify and evaluate current practices within the organization, such as awareness programs, training, gender equality policies, anti-harassment protocols, and equity measures in recruitment and promotion processes.
