Our Methodology

Literature Review and Regulations
Research and document the best national and international practices in gender equality and non-machismo culture at work, as well as review relevant regulations and guidelines in the labor field.

Surveys and Interviews
Conduct surveys with employees of the organization to understand the current state of the organizational culture regarding gender equality and attitudes toward machismo.

Analysis of Existing Practices
Identify and evaluate current practices within the organization, such as awareness programs, training, gender equality policies, anti-harassment protocols, and equity measures in recruitment and promotion processes.

Evaluation and Impact Measurement
Implement key indicators to measure the impact of gender equality practices, analyzing changes in employee perceptions, improvements in the work environment, and progress in the equitable participation of women and men at all levels of the organization.
