Mainframe Developer (COBOL / Assembler)

• We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Developer to join a dedicated team supporting mission-critical systems for international clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in COBOL and Assembler programming, as well as a solid understanding of IBM z/OS environments and mainframe middleware.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• COBOL, JCL, IBM z/OS
• Strong proficiency in Assembler (required for senior-level candidates)
• Experience with Unix System Services (USS)
• Middleware expertise: CICS, DB2, MQ (IMS is a plus)
• Job scheduling tools: CA7 or Control-M
• Debugging tools: Xpediter, Abend-AID, IBM Debug

Soft Skills & Requirements:

• Professional-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience working with North American or European clients (preferred)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Full-time, dedicated availability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
